Our solution delivery methodology

We start all client projects with a discovery process. We undertake a series of workshops and 1-2-1 meetings to understand our client’s vision for their application.
At the end of the first week, a shared vision of the solution, its delivery and a prioritised backlog of jobs-to-be-done will be the first deliverable.

We built using a No-Code approach. We get an initial application into our clients' hands as quickly as possible to generate learnings and insights, ultimately leading to a more robust, more refined application.
We scope our projects to have a duration of 6-8 weeks at the Build stage. We schedule multiple Build and Delivery stages for larger, more complex projects to ensure fast delivery, rapid iteration and minimal risk

Client feedback and iterations are taken and encouraged at any stage; however, during this stage, clients will be working intensively with release candidates of their applications while our team completes development and prepare for ‘go-live’.

During this final stage, we focus on supporting our clients through the initial ‘Go-live’ of their application to ensure a smooth launch and to be on hand to address issues if they emerge.
We also undertake after-action review workshops and 1-2-1 reviews with key people.
